The mission of Brigham Young University establishes, support and guide by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints is to assist persons in their motive for excellence and eternal existence. The declaration that follows reaffirms and expands on the previous and additional universal Mission Statement adopt in 1981.
The following four section talk about the expected outcome of the BYU knowledge. A BYU teaching should be spiritually strengthening, rationally enlarge and character building, most important to enduring knowledge and service.
Scholarly investigate and original attempt among sense and students, as well as those in selected graduate program of real result, are essential and will be confident. BYU is a great university with a multifaceted curriculum; the academic aims are presented here in fairly greater detail than the other aim. |
